Fall and the Solution for the Average Falling Person Part 2

 Greetings Everyone

(If you enjoy this post you can sign up on top of the page to be notified by email every time I post a new blog)

In last week’s post we discussed the struggle of the average person. To sum it up the average person is divided in two parts the mediocre and the out of focus.  You can read up on the first part of the post by following this link Fall and the falling of the average person.

Let’s get down to what seems to me as the solution
The solution for the struggle of the average person is as follows,

THE MEDIOCRE= is the person who has no belief that he has the right to think big, he has no belief that he can achieve the things he desires.

"Carve the following words in stone"

A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you have believe in yourself and have the courage the determination the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice little things in life and pay for the thing that are worthwhile it can be done- Vince Lombardi

The first step is, to observe and acknowledge if you are limiting your capability to think and dream big.

Once you have established that you have limiting beliefs, then the next step would be to go ahead and give yourself the right to dream big.

Even if in your view you believe you aren't able to achieve the dreams or aspirations that you think about, for whatever reason your mind and frightful imagination is concocting.

But not to dream big and let your imagination grow would be like telling yourself when going to sleep at night I’m not allowed to dream any great dreams because I can’t achieve them.

“Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere”.

The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge but imagination.” Albert Einstein

Allow yourself to dream by day and let your imagination soar.

There is no terror in the bang, only in the anticipation of it, Alfred Hitchcock, if you think in to what makes life exciting, a big part of it is the anticipation of what’s coming. Don’t take away a big part of the excitement of your life by limiting and eliminating your dreaming big.

THE OUT OF FOCUS= is the person that has goals and aspirations but they always seem to be out of his grasp.

This stumbling block can be due to a lot of reasons but a lot of them boil down to the lack of focus and thinking.

Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Albert Schweitzer was asked what’s wrong with men today, He answered men simply don’t think.
A person will look all over for solutions but forget to look in his own back yard, so to speak.  When I say we don’t think I don’t mean we do no thinking at all. Yes we actually don’t stop thinking, we think while we walk, while we talk, while we eat, I don’t think there is ever a time that our mind is not racing.

Sometimes I think to myself after driving two hours in my van and having silence join me as my companion, Pinny what were you thinking the last 120 minutes? I usually come up with some lame thought, nothing that would account for the valuable time spent.

We are not thinking constructively with a positive attitude to finding a solution. We are not thinking in a systematic constructive way, going over all the details and options. Taking ideas and chewing them over and considering how best to implement them.

As Wallace Wattles writes in his book The Science of Getting Rich, there is no labor from which people shrink as they do from that of sustained and consecutive thought; it is the hardest work in the world.

The first step is;

Get used to the idea that you make a special time to focus on yourself and on what you're spending your time on. Think to yourself is there anything I can do better and how can I do better.

Make time to sit down and think positively and constructively about you goals, write them down and think what would be the steps needed to reach them.

Instead of jumping in and taking every challenge as it comes along try to anticipate them and think of ways of avoiding them.

By planning ahead you will not only plan your future, but you may be able to for see the road blocks and challenges up ahead and can invest time and effort to search for answers and solutions for the challenge before it reaches you.

I would like to share a thinking and planning technique called Mind Mapping, created by Tony Buzan. I recently starting using mind mapping in all my projects and I love it.

Here is a short clip how I explain, how the basic use of mind mapping can help you focus on your goals.

I hope you  enjoyed this post and can use it towards your success and please share it with your friends.

Warmly

Fall and The Average Falling Person Part 1

Greetings Everyone,

( Before I begin, if you enjoy my blog please sign up on top of the page to receive updates by email or share it with your friends

While looking at the leaves falling from the trees in fall and the piles of leaves all in a red brownish color lying in piles on the floor, Haven’t you wondered how is it, that while the leaves are rotting and losing life, it actually still has beauty to it?

Even though I love summer, having the trees in full bloom and hearing the birds singing, I still wouldn't miss out on having the season of fall, even at the cost of seeing the complete destruction of what was beautiful all summer long.

Sad as it is, life is a constant struggle and to add an interesting thought some of the most beautiful things happen after struggle.

The birth of a baby how big is the pain and struggle, but how precious and beautiful the little baby that’s born.

I have observed very often instances of struggle, challenge and pain, beautiful accomplishments emerge.
I have seen people coming out of their pain, bringing about wondrous kindness and love of mankind in the world.  I may say, if not the struggle that proceeded they would never have gone on to do those wonderful things they did.

Napoleon Hill said strength and growth come only thru continues effort and struggle.

Look back to the words of the great ones in all generations and you will bump in to this similar message.  To accomplish anything worthwhile is going to have struggle and challenges accompany it somewhere along the way.

Now the struggle and success of average people is my passion so that’s where I’ll focus.

How I see it the struggle of the average person is as follows,

  1. The life of mediocre - meaning no big dreams or aspirations, the biggest dream for the average is to win the lottery something that’s not in their power since they feel safe only when they don’t stretch themselves out of their comfort zone.
  2. The life of out-of-focus - meaning the people that fit this diagnosis are dreaming big, aspiring for something bigger. They feel it in themselves that they are meant for something big, to make a difference, but they feel like they are on an avalanche always feeling like they are walking on quick sand, always seeing their goal in the horizon but always beyond their grasp.
Look out for Part Two where I will write some solutions for the average person, how to change his stars and help him find meaning and purpose he so desires in his life.

Wishing you the the best of success and I look forward to hearing your comments

What are we Humans? Creatures Aliens Walking Computer

Greetings Everyone

(My message is short and sweet this week less than three hundred words)

I was sitting this week at a wedding party and it was a relaxed atmosphere, as I was gazing around the room from my seat observing how people were chatting and smiling I was amazed at this thing we call a human.

I was marveling to myself what are we humans what is this strange power that possess us?

While looking in to someone’s eyes doesn't it amaze you what you can see in a person’s eyes the twinkling when they’re happy or that stinging look when they are angry and the sad look when they’re sad.

What about the smile the big beautiful smile that lights up the features of a person and adds beauty to the person who possesses it.

Have you ever thought about the power of a human, that can even have an affect on you  if you are at the other end of the room.

For instance when someone flashes a smile don’t you feel that warm fuzzy feeling in your heart even if you have no idea what they are smiling about and had no physical contact?

Do muse over my above observation and understand and realize that you are a creature of unbelievable powers.

The word Human I think stands for HU! MAN meaning an expression of HU! puzzlement? Because the deepness and qualities of the human is angel-like that one cannot comprehend.

Don’t get distracted about all that's going on around you, most are minuscule, some are life changing, but all of them are a distraction to making you forget who you are and the power that’s in you.

Breath in and feel the energy flowing through your body, connect with the power inside you and remember YOU ARE DESTINED FOR GREATNESS.

Your being here is making now an affect on this world some known to you some unknown to you. Why not  put in the effort to cause an effect that you brings you joy, put in the effort to bring out your special gifted powers to add joy meaning and value to this magical universe that we are privileged to be part of.

I would like to finish of with a QUESTION = what affect would you like to make with your special gifted  human powers ?

I look forward to hearing from you soon and if you enjoyed this post you can sign up to receive it by email every time I post something new.
wishing you success

Voting Elections What Affects Our Opinions And How Can We Change It

Greetings everyone

This was an exciting and stressful week for some, emotions were high everyone was rooting for someone.

It’s a bit difficult for me to me to be honest about this but even though I do follow a bit the politics of the day, I must say what I observe from the people around me that most of us don’t follow politics that much and don’t do the research in depth to know what facts are true and which facts are exaggerated.

Our leaning towards one politician or another is basically built on the surroundings that we were brought up and those who we find ourselves in constant companionship.

To a certain degree I might say, we become by whom we surround ourselves with, our friends the books we read, all those are really the ones influencing our decisions and actions.

Another interesting thing about voting that I’m observing is, the great numbers of people that don’t go out and vote, the reasons I think can be are

1.       They don’t see their value as an individuals that they will make a difference
2.       They don’t have the facts straight and the research is to extensive and complex
3.       They just don’t care since their view of life and success is limited to a very narrow minded view and they take each day as it comes not thinking or planning major changes in their life for the better.

Now the above observations are crucial to discuss, since they relate not just to voting but reiterate in our lives on a daily level.

I will take just one of the observations for now and decipher it how it can affect our success in life.
-Our surroundings affect our outlook in life –

If you are struggling in any given area one of the first things that you should analyze is your surroundings.

Your Surroundings can be divided in two basic parts

People and Intake of Information

People - The people you surround yourself are from the major factors in your decisions and actions in life. If you are looking for to make some change, from the first things is change your surroundings.

Family Friends, observe them if they are knowingly or unknowingly resisting your change.

Sometimes by them being exactly the opposite than what you are striving for and thereby hindering your change.

For instance if you would like to open a business or any other venture that is not common between your family and friends, you will find the challenge a lot more daunting and terrifying.

Since those around you Knowingly or unknowingly give off messages that you can hear or just feel that holds you back and adds the limiting belief that you won’t be able to succeed.

Now I know changing friends and family is easier said than done and in truth if you have family or true friends I wouldn't recommend  you to change them since there is nothing as beautiful as family and friends. So what is my advice to you?
1.
First observe and accept that their beliefs and assumptions can be holding you back and to a certain degree don’t discuss the things that are important to you that know are different than their mind view.

2.       Start spending time with other people that do share your passion for success or they have already the things you would like to acquire.

Intake of Information -  what you read, watch, and listen all these have a pro founding effect on how you think and thereby affecting your actions.

Now the solution for this one is pretty simple change the reading material that you are reading, in this time and age there is unlimited amount of reading and listening material so your input of information can be synonymous with the results you are trying to reach.

Let’s go out and vote ourselves in to success, please share this post with you family and friends by clicking on the top left hand of the page

wishing you the success you deserve and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sandy We Don’t Give Up

Greetings Everyone,

This hurricane was least expected here on the east coast since we are not used to weather disasters. And now that this is all over the pain is just beginning for all of those that lost loved ones and all of us that were affected by losing their houses, income, valuables. For those still struggling with surviving in these tough times, without electric and heat, my heart goes out for them.

While the storm was brewing I actually saw we were dealing with a weather disaster that is real.  Being locked in to my apartment I had the time to contemplate and muse about disaster and survival, how history repeats itself constantly.
Just the disasters over the last few years, to name a few the tsunamis in west coast of Sumatra, Indonesia, and the one in japan last year and the ones right in our own back yard hurricane Katrina and Irene that left devastation and destruction in its path.

I observed one clear message that’s important to all of us, but my intention with my following message is to those who weren't affected to the degree to lose sanity of mind and reach the depth of despair by not knowing how they will continue on in life or how they will start again from scratch building their resources and finding a dwelling place to live.

For those people my only message would be a tangible one in the form of a helping hand by offering donations or from my time to help those in need.

But for the rest of us, now is also a time of learning, a time when our hearts are open and emotional to the disaster around us. Now the lessons we  learn can have a great impact on us and may change us for the rest of our lives.

Experience is not what happens to a man.  It is what a man does with what happens to him.  ~Aldous Leonard Huxley, Texts and Pretexts, 1932
The fact of life is, that in the DNA of humanity there is the will to live on, the will to rebuild and with this power nations have rebuild and started to function again.

This is a very important part of the human nature but one that resurfaces usually only under extreme circumstances
Would it not be great if we can be advanced for once and outsmart our challenges, so when they come upon us we can greet it with courage and confidence knowing we will preserve. As long as we have the will to preserve nothing can stop us from overcoming the challenges and not only overcome them but also use it to our advantage to grow stronger and ambitious as never before

Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forward said Soren Kierkegaard.

  • Lets internalize the messages of the universe so we can grow stronger and not leave ourselves to be blown around by any wind that blows our way.

  •  Let’s put up our strong wall of defense so we can be ready when the next storm of emotion hits us and wants to destroy us or keep us back from achieving the goals we desire upon ourselves.

Whoa!!!  I apologize for that ramble but I had to get this off my chest.

Now let me sum it up in a clear simple formula so we can all live and hopefully learn.

We all have internally built in to our human structure the will to survive and live.

However these powers are only recognized when faced with extreme conditions or circumstances but when facing the daily challenges of life, most of us feel helpless and don't know how to overcome the obstacles that stand in our way.

Believe in the power that’s hidden within you and know and say to yourself,

I can do it

I will do it

I know I can do it

At all cost I will do what my heart desires

I will not get intimidated by the challenges that face me because I know the strength that I possess hidden within me.

Let not the tremendous loss of life and money that Hurricane Sandy caused us be in vain let us take this dreadful time and change it to a time of hope a time of rebuilding our lives to a new and greater standard.

Wishing you all the best and if you feel this message was inspirational to you then please share the message with those whom you wish to inspire and let us grow together.

How can humans fly

Greetings Everyone

I was recently driving along in my minivan and a pigeon soared by my windshield and I was amazed at its gracefulness and  I said to myself I wish I can soar and glide like that oh I wish I had wings !!!!!

The truth is we all have the power to fly with grace. Our wings may not be full of feathers or sticking out of our sides, no our wings are even better than that, our wings can be made to fly to almost any height we desire and can be made to withstand the most brutal of winds (and yes can withstand the hot burning sun).
  • When we find a meaning and purpose to our lives we actually feel like we are flying
  • When we do what we love we have the feeling of flying
  • When we spend time with the people we love we have the feeling of flying
  • When we get clarity and cut thru ambiguity we have the feeling of flying

The only danger to human wings is they shouldn't be clipped.

The following are there examples of exposures that cause the clippings of the human wing.

1.       Not having Clear desire = Intelligence without ambition is a like a bird without wings said Salvador Dali, I think I'll put this at the top of the list but I'll clarify it a bit. Ambition is like the fluttering of the wings to raise itself up in flight but ambitious behavior is gained by having clear desire to achieve something, when desire for something is clear ambition arises.

2.       Not Believing in yourself = belief in yourself is another one of vitamins for the human wings and not believing in yourself will ultimately destroy your wings even if you have desire and ambition.

3.       Not Appreciating the small things = the road to success in your endeavors is a long and hard one, appreciating what you have will moisturize your wings to keep them in great shape.

Now I know that each of these points have to be explained in more detail and instructions is needed how to conquer them and acquire them but my goal for now is to clarify, that your first objective is to see if you possess or lack the above because these are from the core principles needed in life, and that where your primary focus should be in the beginning to strengthen YOUR CLARITY ABOUT YOUR DESIRES, YOUR BELIEF IN YOURSELF, YOUR THANKFULNESS FOR WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY and I'm sure that after that you will feel like you can fly to any height you desire.

All the best for now
Please share this message with your friends and I look forward to hearing your comments.

is sleep important

Greetings everyone,

I apologize for the delay in posting my blog since I usually post on Sunday but due to some computer problems I had to postpone it but we're back so let’s begin.

Besides wondering about the power of sleeping as it’s one of the wonders of the creation, how a person can recharge themselves when and wherever they may find themselves no wires needed, and now that I'm writing about it I realized that sleep is more attainable than water and that is astonishing to me.

Thinking about the most basic necessities that a human being needs to survive I would say that from the top three would be water food and sleep. The only thing that puzzles me is why is sleep so within our reach just by relaxing and closing our eyes while food and water that seem more important are not as easy to acquire?

This  reflection leads me to appreciate all the more and value the importance of sleep and how much of  our success can be attributed to the proper sleep habits all that contribute to clarity of mind and a proper tuned body ready for challenges and the will to succeed.

I decided to elaborate on this subject, not that its concepts are entirely new and not that my research was extensive but some of the points were quite a surprise to me and I'm sure you will find it informative.

Remember this very important life rule, talking and writing, reading about any given subject is important, you never know it might be the right time or the writer that will inspire to you to make the change.

I'll start with this article in the success magazine Develop a Leader's Mind Five Essentials from Brain Expert Daniel Amen, M.D.
1. Sleep
Sleep deprivation has been associated with events such as the Exxon Valdez oil spill, the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, the British Petroleum oil spill, the Union Carbide gas leak and even the Challenger space shuttle crash. More than 100,000 U.S. traffic accidents a year are attributed to sleep deprivation.

As a leader, it’s vital to get enough sleep to function at your highest level. It is especially important for the prefrontal cortex, located in the front third of your brain, which is involved in CEO function: forethought, judgment, impulse control, organization, planning and learning from the mistakes you make. When there are problems with the prefrontal cortex, people have short attention spans. They get distracted; they’re impulsive, disorganized and don’t learn from their errors. It can cause some real trouble in their lives. These people tend to be brutally honest, which is usually not helpful and tends to drive away employees. (You should inhibit the first thought that comes into your head and think, Is this going to be helpful or hurtful in this situation?)

You can strengthen this part of your brain by getting good sleep. When you don’t get at least seven hours of sleep at night, you have low blood flow to the prefrontal cortex. This leads to bad decision-making capability.
Click on the following link to read the full article http://www.success.com/articles/1879--develop-a-leader-s-mind.

Next I bumped in to this write up from helpguide.org that I’m sure that you will find interesting about the stages of sleep. I included the link to the full write up at the end.

There are two main types of sleep:
  • Non-REM (NREM) sleep consists of four stages of sleep, each deeper than the last.
  • REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep is when you do most active dreaming. Your eyes actually move back and forth during this stage, which is why it is called Rapid Eye Movement sleep.
The Stages of Sleep
Non-REM sleep
Stage N1 (Transition to sleep) – This stage lasts about five minutes. Eyes move slowly under the eyelids, muscle activity slows down, and you are easily awakened.
Stage N2 (Light sleep) – This is the first stage of true sleep, lasting from 10 to 25 minutes. Eye movement stops, heart rate slows, and body temperature decreases.
Stage N3 (Deep sleep) – You’re difficult to awaken, and if you are awakened, you do not adjust immediately and often feel groggy and disoriented for several minutes. In this deepest stage of sleep, brain waves are extremely slow. Blood flow is directed away from the brain and towards the muscles, restoring physical energy.
REM sleep
REM sleep (Dream sleep) – About 70 to 90 minutes after falling asleep, you enter REM sleep, where dreaming occurs. Eyes move rapidly. Breathing is shallow. Heart rate and blood pressure increase. Arm and leg muscles are paralyzed.
Follow the link to the full article http://www.helpguide.org/life/sleeping.htm

Yawn !!!!!!! ok I'm starting to  feel tired I think I'll take a little nap and dream more about this phenomena called sleep.

All the best for now and if you enjoyed this post please share it with your friends.

Running the Marathon

Ah!  I'm Running the Marathon these are one of those words that are associated with the swelling of the chest in pride, knowing that you're going to try to finish the designated 26.2 miles.  Competing, accepting upon yourself a challenge and working hard beforehand to get yourself in shape are all part of the excitement.

But then I see a different kind of running marathon and very interesting sight it is. In this marathon a big percentage of the runners are actually running in the opposite direction from the finish line.

Why is it when it comes to our choices in life, it seems to me that a lot of us veer off our chosen path of life and instead start running a marathon, but not one of challenge and pride but running from one self, doubting oneself, down talking oneself, and after a while we find ourselves running the complete opposite direction than the finish line?

And what amazed me about this marathon of life the running from oneself is, that it’s defying to basic human nature. What I mean is that even though it is part of basic human nature to love oneself more than anything but as time goes on I find that our actions show, that not only are we trying to run away from ourselves but we actually act and do things that show that we actually hate ourselves and what we stand for.

I know it sounds contradictory, it sounds crazy, but look around and you will be amazed the closest human being to each of us is our own self, but when you analyze how we talk to ourselves and the thoughts what we think about ourselves you’d say that we are actually engaged in a war of hate and destruction to ourselves.

Don’t you think it’s time to change the direction of our running and instead of running from ourselves, lets run towards ourselves, accepting and loving the person we are, instead of down talking and thinking negativity with a passion let’s start running with the same passion towards believing in ourselves .
Think about yourself like in a third person and talk and think about yourself as you would be talking to a friend. As you would be telling your friend how much you believe in them and love them. Don't you deserve the same kind of love?

Talking about marathons I found some similarities between Running marathons and Life marathons that I would like to share with you

I hope you take my words to heart as this can be the start of some great changes in your life.

All the best

Atoms and Molecules

Greetings everyone,

One of my acquaintances lost his hair due to some kind of virus. This guy is completely healthy least his hair, and since his hair loss his life became a complete challenge. Starting with his marriage, job; his being looked on with pity. (all familiar to those who are cosmetic body challenged) and everything is due to a minor problem, his hair loss.  Correct me if I'm wrong but this stumped me how such a minor thing can change a person’s life, but after musing about this while taking my weekly stroll with my wife, it struck me “THERE IS NOTHING SMALL OR MINOR IN THIS WORLD”

Now before I explain myself a bit better let me start with a little introduction.  I was always fascinated by these words atoms and molecules and I figured maybe there is someone else out there that like me doesn't know the definition of these words, words that are the hidden core to the  basis of everything in this world. So I googled them and here are the simple explanations I found (amateur, yes I know L )

What are atoms?Atoms are the basic building blocks of matter that make up everyday objects. A desk, the air, even you are made up of atoms!
There are 90 naturally occurring kinds of atoms. Scientists in labs have been able to make about 25 more. Follow this link for http://education.jlab.org/atomtour/index.html
What is a Molecule?
Molecules are small particles that make up all living and non-living things. They are made up of even tinier particles called atoms. Molecules in living things are made from only about 25 of more than 100 known atoms in the universe. Molecules are made from as few as two atoms to hundreds of millions of atoms.
Molecules are so small that there are more molecules in your body than there are stars in the universe!
What's so special about molecules in your body and in other living things? Each molecule has a unique shape that allows it to interact with other molecules. The interactions between molecules let us as well as bacteria, elephants, broccoli and other living things move, sense, reproduce and do the things that keep all living creatures alive. http://www.nyscience.org/marvelousmolecules/marveloussub.html

Now after the above explanation these two words Atoms and Molecules are actually mind boggling.

Everything, Everything, let me repeat that Everything in the universe is actually a bunch of small objects that when connected and united transform into something bigger. In other words everything your eye beholds is a bunch of small dots connected together that make up the whole.

The very important message the universe is teaching us was unveiled to me, that everything is this world is made up by combining small parts and steps that eventually create the big goal that needs to be achieved.

When aiming for something big or making any changes, the smartest and the most dependable are the steps that are bite size and small,  and for two major reasons

1-      Keeping the excitement going - Usually the vigor and excitement that you have when making a commitment will be gone after wake up from your next sleep and by having the changes and the steps bite size will help you stay committed and motivated to your objective, since the actual change you are making is not so big, it helps you feel that its achievable and not so far off.

2-      Not waging war against yourself-  Anyone who has a habit that they have been doing for quite some time knows that the habit  becomes entrenched and like part of their nature, and if the change is to big than they  are actually in war with themselves.  Your body and mind have to accept the changes that you are going to make, by having the steps bite size makes it easier for the body to adapt and to agree to the changes and slowly but surely, you will begin to move forward.

Let me sum up by finishing with the following Four step sagely advice I was once offered while on my search for my path to success.
If you want to make changes in your life, Aim High
Draw up a plan of action  - how and what you are going to do in order to reach your goal.
Divide  the steps into bite size steps that you can easily do and accomplish.
Divide again each step in half -now you are guaranteed you won't fall back into your bad habits.

Don't you think it's already high time to transform our dreams and aspirations to reality? Isn't time to change those nagging bad habits that makes us cringe every time we keep on repeating them?  then let each of us say to ourselves enough is enough I'm going to make some small changes in the long link of steps and thereby change my life.

Please share this message with your friends if you enjoyed it.
All the best

The Five W's Of Journalism

Greetings Everyone,

I just recently signed up for the Forbes magazine and I was pleasantly surprised that I’m actually enjoying and understanding a decent amount of the articles.

Well I read this article from Lewis D’Vorkin and he mentioned briefly about the Five W of journalism http://www.forbes.com/sites/lewisdvorkin/2012/08/13/inside-forbes-a-new-language-of-journalism-speaks-to-the-rebirth-of-a-profession/

Thinking about the five W reminded me what my friends Jim Canterucci  writes in his book Personal Brilliance chapter 8 Thinking like a child page 77 (this is my favorite chapter)
how children are naturally curious and how they dissect everything in bits by asking all kinds of questions (you can find out more about Jim at his website http://www.mypersonalbrilliance.com )and how children naturally are like miniature reporters, constantly  using  the Five W.
And in my head I heard that click that means a new post for my blog is in the making and here it is.

Aren't we all reporters and journalists?  Aren't we are all writing up the story of our lives? Each day that passes another page gets written and the choice is up to us, are we going to be from these lousy reporters that have a bias view on the stories they report on  and have distorted or wrong facts or we are going to ask the right questions and seek the true answers that will enrich and educate and make the story worth reading.

Look around on the  people you know that had some measure of success, and you will see usually they had a definite and precise goal they wanted to achieve and had a step by step action plan how they were going to achieve it.
Its actually a bit amusing I recently started asking people I meet if they have a dream or something they would like to achieve, the common answer is they don’t know anything specific what they would like to do to excel in their life, or the answer to my question is, they don’t know or don’t believe they can achieve what they want.

The five questions of journalism have the power to shed new light in your life and have the power to energize you and give you a reason to jump out of bed in the morning.

 Here they are as follows

Friend, writer, author, you have now the tools of your trade so go write that breaking story of your life, that will change you and maybe even change the world.
