Common mistakes

Hi everyone
Having and offering a great buying experience is my passion and I’m here to send you any information and observations that I feel you can benefit from.
As I was thinking over my week looking in to life for something new that I understood in more clarity as I keep on seeing that finding clarity in any giving subject can make you feel like you found a complete new treasure.
My friend Danny called me whining a bit about one of his suppliers that he had put an order in to be picked up, and for some reason the company understood he needs it as a delivery and scheduled accordingly for the next day, meanwhile Danny was traveling up from Brooklyn to pick up his order from the supplier in queens not knowing that there was a misunderstanding about delivery.
When he gets there and clears things up he is kept waiting more than an hour for his order and he gets upset with the waste of time etc.
To make your clients have a great buying experience two lessons can be learnt.
Lesson #1
Communication = it is a known fact ,people make mistakes ,it is always recommended to repeat what information you have been given ,especially when its needed in a certain time frame, this extra double check that just takes a minute, can save you aggravation and sometimes even money.
Lesson #2
Fix mistakes Fast = A customer who feels he was wronged or he is not being appreciated for his business is a big opening for them to consider making changes. This rule is applicable allover in every industry. Take in consideration the customer that was wronged by mistake, misunderstanding etc. is a ticking time bomb to go off.
Wishing you all the best
Pinny
