Magic Power Of Positve Thinking

I was browsing through the New York real estate Journal and like a shining light the column of the founder Ronald Hopkins shined out from between the lines of the paper (follow the link to read his column http://nyrej.com/53519 )
In these challenging times any source of inspiration is needed to help us through these tough times. Hopkins message is one that reinstates greatly with me, being one that is aiming for something more not just the average and I’m sure all of you my average friends, you and me we both feel it and know it. We have plenty to share with the world; we have that energy in side of us that keeps on whispering in our ears we want to do more.
And that’s why positivity is so greatly needed. To achieve any challenge, a person will need persistence, and to persist you need motivation, and to stay motivated you need positivity. Positivity is the magic pill that can light up a darkened tunnel, it can change a rainy day to a day of blossom; a day of being fired to a day you reach out to new heights.
Let me share with you a little parable about two people Jack and Jill. Traveling together and stopping in to a hotel for the night, but they were notified that there is only one bed available and one hard bench. Since they were staying for two nights they agreed, that one night Jack would get the bed and Jill the bench, and the next night Jill would get the bed and Jack the bench.
Now before I forget, there was a slight difference in nature between the two of them. Jack was a pessimist always seeing the terrible in all situations, and Jill was optimistic always seeing imagining the bright side of situations.
The first night comes and goes and the hotel keeper while passing by their room hears how Jack is moaning and groaning while sleeping on the bed and Jill is sleeping peacefully. The next day passes quickly and the night arrives and the hotel keeper passes and hears how Jill is sleeping peacefully on the bed and Jack was moaning and groaning on the bench.
The next morning the hotel keeper turns to them, please don’t mind me asking, but I was wondering why both nights Jill was sleeping peacefully while Jack wasn’t, please can you explain this to me.
Their answer was as follows, Jack said, the first night that I was sleeping on the bed I couldn’t sleep peacefully since I knew that tomorrow I would be sleeping on a hard bench and the second night was really tough night since I was actually sleeping on the bench. Jill answered the first night I was sleeping on the bench I slept pretty well, I was feverishly looking forward to the next night that I would be sleeping comfortable, I was going it over in my mind how comfortable it’s going to be etc. that I didn’t even feel the hardness of the bench and the second night eh! Well it was a bed after all.
I believe Positivity is a subject that reaps great rewards when pursued so good luck to your journey in to magic land of Positivity.
Looking forward to hearing from you

Common mistakes

Hi everyone
Having and offering a great buying experience is my passion and I’m here to send you any information and observations that I feel you can benefit from.
As I was thinking over my week looking in to life for something new that I understood in more clarity as I keep on seeing that finding clarity in any giving subject can make you feel like you found a complete new treasure.
My friend Danny called me whining a bit about one of his suppliers that he had put an order in to be picked up, and for some reason the company understood he needs it as a delivery and scheduled accordingly for the next day, meanwhile Danny was traveling up from Brooklyn to pick up his order from the supplier in queens not knowing that there was a misunderstanding about delivery.
When he gets there and clears things up he is kept waiting more than an hour for his order and he gets upset with the waste of time etc.
To make your clients have a great buying experience two lessons can be learnt.
Lesson #1
Communication = it is a known fact ,people make mistakes ,it is always recommended to repeat what information you have been given ,especially when its needed in a certain time frame, this extra double check that just takes a minute, can save you aggravation and sometimes even money.
Lesson #2
Fix mistakes Fast = A customer who feels he was wronged or he is not being appreciated for his business is a big opening for them to consider making changes. This rule is applicable allover in every industry. Take in consideration the customer that was wronged by mistake, misunderstanding etc. is a ticking time bomb to go off.
Wishing you all the best
