4 Steps to Unlocking Your Chains of Habit




Greetings Friends and Self development seekers, 

I would like to pose a question to all of you.

Someone bound by chains  trying to break out to freedom, what kind of escape advice would you offer them, To break their chains or to just unlock them?

To unlock the chains !!  Well then let’s examine this crazy phenomenon what a lot of us find ourselves in, that’s contradictory to what we all just agreed.

Jim Rohn said mysteries of life mysteries of life; give a lecture to a thousand people. One walks out and says I’m going to change my life. Another walks out with a yawn and says I’ve heard all this before why wouldn’t both be affected in the same way?  Mysteries of the life.   

Another mystery, The millionaire says to a thousand people, I read this book and it started me on the road to wealth. Guess how many go out and get the book? Very few isn’t that incredible? Why wouldn’t everyone get the book?  Mysteries of life!

If you look around at the people you know, or even better if you take a moment to reflect on your own life you’ll find, life is a constant struggle, life is a constant fight.   

A big part of the struggles of life is the mans fight with himself, or the woman with herself. Each of us will find that in some area of our life we are chained by old habits that are controlling us and frustrating us to no end but to break those chains of habit are like chewing on bullets, breaking the chains of habit feel to us like tearing down an iron wall with our bare hands, An impossible feat in our eyes like Samson ripping apart the lions jaw.

But we keep at it trying with all our might to break those habits of doom

What would you say if I would tell you, THERE IS A MASTER KEY that can open any chains of habit that are binding you?
What would you say if I tell you this master key is somewhere on your possession already?





I’m 36 years old now but I remember back in the days when spanking was allowed. And once my teacher reprimanded me on my behavior and punished me with a spanking to my behind. I still remember thinking while being spanked, even though I knew I didn’t behave properly and punishment was due, but still deep down I knew that I wasn’t ready to give up my behavior.

So the years passed and I was becoming tired of the constant fighting a losing battle- fighting those habits but not winning.

Till one night I was sitting alone and I realized that the way I have been pursuing was not bringing me the results I want – so my best decision would be to make a change in direction. I committed that no matter what for a certain period of time I will stick to the new trend, hail or snow happy or depressed, I will give it at least as much time as I gave my old way of life.

 That’s when I saw things in my life changing for the better, I admit it was smaaaalllll changes, but they were more than I got till then, and slowly but surely I keep on changing small things for better.


But here is the punch line, I didn’t discover any new techniques that can change my life, I knew all these information before hand, as there is the saying many are offered advice but wise men use the advice given to them.

But what changed was I found the master key that opens those chains of habits
  

It’s having a true will to change- a true will to change!!!!!

"Yes we may wish to change, we may hope for change, we may want to change but the problem is we don’t want to work for change"

Remember this saying of Jim Rohn everyone has to face one of the pains, the pain of discipline or the pain of regret

When you have a true will to change, then you have unlocked the chains of habit,  the actual removal of the chains can be done with almost any technique at your disposal.

Here is a few short step how to find this master key,

 First when facing your adversary habit you want eliminated from your life, analyze you self and ask yourself in all honesty these two questions 

  • Belief that you the power in you to achieve your goal

  • You need to be willing to do anything it takes to achieve that goal.
Next be patient - We humans are complicated you never know what, when and who will inspire you to change so just keep your ears open listen to those inspiring you for a better life and it will come.

Another idea start changing habits that are not so much in your face and won’t need major commitment to change this will inspire you with the positive belief that you can make change.

Let’s make a fast sum up how to find the  master key in opening the chains of habit
  1.   Do you believe you can do it   
  2.  Are you willing to do anything it takes to make the change     
  3. Start with habits that are not so entrenched and don’t mean so much to you so it won’t take major commitment to change them    
  4.  Be patient inspiration to have a will to change can come in the least expected time just keep your ears and mind open and the magic will appear
